By downloading or playing Cafe Stack Pop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
The app is published by Daler Soliev ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cafe Stack Pop on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, or try to extract its assets or source.
Coins, boosters, hearts, cats, season rewards and similar items are a licence to use features inside the game. They are not property, they have no monetary value, and they cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to another player, or moved to another account or device.
We may change the price, contents, or availability of any item, and we may change how the game's economy works — for balance, or because a feature is being replaced. If the game is discontinued, unused virtual items are lost.
Purchases are processed by Apple under your agreement with Apple, not with us. Prices shown in the game are the prices Apple charges in your storefront and may differ between countries.
Consumable items — coins, boosters, extra moves — are delivered immediately and are used up as you play. We can't reverse them once they've been spent.
We don't process refunds, because we never receive your payment. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Whether a refund is granted is Apple's decision.
Cafe VIP is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period, and you keep VIP until that period ends.
Don't cheat, don't use modified clients or automation tools, and don't exploit bugs to gain items you didn't earn or pay for. We may limit or end access to the game where we find this happening.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any of its features. We try to avoid breaking things, but we don't promise the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost virtual items or progress.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your country that cannot legally be limited.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim about the app should be directed to us, not to Apple.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
